Acceptance of these terms
By accessing DrPest.net or submitting a request through our forms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our service
DrPest.net is a referral service. We are not a pest control company and do not perform treatments. We connect consumers with licensed pest control partners and home services professionals. Any services you purchase are provided under a separate agreement between you and that provider.
Consent to contact
By submitting a form, you authorize DrPest and up to five partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by requesting removal.
ESIGN consent
You consent to conduct this transaction electronically and agree that clicking Submit constitutes your electronic signature in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act), with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Arbitration provision and class action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or contacts you receive will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court. You and DrPest waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing, or performance of any partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrPest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services obtained through it.
Changes
